Sungudi Cottons are crafted through a traditional hand-dyeing process and dried by spreading them over sand under the sun. As a result, slight colour or sand smudges may appear on the fabric. These can usually be removed by hand or will clear off after the first wash. Such minor imperfections are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered damages eligible for replacement, as every step is done manually without the use of machines.

1. We try to give as accurate colour like in the pictures -Please expect 5% to 10% colour variations due to different mobile screen calibrations and photo settings

2. since the product is weaving in looms - there might be slight irregularities, thread missing, extra threads are common in looms that will not be considered as damage

Return & Refund

1. Kindly Note that these orders was made for customer chosen options with their acceptance - there won’t be any refund or returns

2. We only accept replacing the products with any damages by our end- in case of return- the unboxing video was mandatory - we request you to send detailed unboxing video without any cuts to karkidesigns25@gmail.com within 2 days after receiving the parcels

3. If the product is not returning in an original condition, we have the rights to refuse- kindly send in original condition

Superb quality apparel that exceeds expectations

Great theme - we were looking for a theme with lots of built in features and flexibility and this was perfect. We expected to need to employ a developer to add a few finishing touches. But we actually managed to do everything ourselves. We did have one small query and the support given was swift and helpful.
