2. since the product is weaving in looms - there might be slight irregularities, thread missing, extra threads are common in looms that will not be considered as damage

3. The shawl colour and border colour will be slightly differed like 5% to 10% as both materials are made from different kind of fabrics & weaves

Delivery

1. Unstitched Material sets will be despatched within 2-3 working days based on the availability

2. This product is made on an order basis - we do customize stitching based on client preferences after booking - the stitching would require 7-12 working days to dispatch

3. In case of emergency Booking – you can book in express Delivery – the stitched product will be despatched within 2 working days

Return & Refund

1. 1. All these products were Made to Order – We make effort of each & every detailing of the Designs based on the customer preference according to their sizes, neck & sleeve designs -These orders was made for customer chosen options with their acceptance – so there won’t be any refund
